Serving people with disabilities: The step forward

Super Shred is a paper shredding facility located in West Carrollton, OH. Originally known as Monco Secure Shredding for many years, it served as a county facility for hiring people with disabilities. Monco grew in reputation serving hundreds of customers within the Dayton and Cincinnati area. Monco then merged into Boundless Secure Document Shredding in 2018. Boundless continued to uphold this reputation of serving people with disabilities in the workplace. January 2021, Boundless partnered with J and M which also owns the day facility Nemo’s Reef. The partnership allowed more focus and growth within the employment for individuals with disabilities. Collaborating, they were able to create a training facility for people with disabilities to learn job related skills allowing them to one day join the work force within their community. In February 2024 J and M outgrew the partnership and Super Shred is now owened and operated by an individual couple who have a son with aspergers syndrome. Together they have been working with the county and within the communities with children and adults of disabilites for over 25 years. We believe with the communities help we can continue to grow this facility into a major cornerstone for employment in the DODD field.
